ZAPATA, TEXAS---Victor Salinas, Sr. 61, passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2021 at Laredo Medical Center in Laredo, Texas.

Victor is preceded in death by his daughter, Liza Y. Salinas; grandson, Jesus A. Salinas; father, Reynaldo Salinas; mother, Lilia Luna; stepfather, Fidencio Luna; brother, Anibal Salinas, sisters, Alicia Salinas and Sylvia Salinas and nephew, Adan Lopez.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife Cristina Salinas, children Luis A. (Laura) Paredes, Victor (Belen) Salinas Jr., Oscar J. Salinas, Noe R. Salinas, Melinda (Humberto) Frías, Miguel A. (Ashley) Salinas, Jessica (Ruben) Rodriguez, Raul (Blanca) Rodriguez, Gerardo (Jocelin) Rodriguez, and Cristy Rodriguez; grandchildren, Mia, Leeza, Samantha, Faith, Victoria, Azalea, Destiny, Belen D., Noe J., Nayeli, Isaias, Jesus, Denaly, Dariza, Darely, Hazael, Zoe, Andrea, Ruben Jr., Ricardo, Shelly, Issac and by numerous nephews, nieces and other family members and friends.

Visitation hours will be held on Friday, March 5, 2021, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary at 7:00 p.m. Rose Garden Funeral Home.

On Saturday, March 6, 2021 we will open at 8:00 a.m. and we will depart at 10:00 a.m. for a graveside service at 10:30 a.m. at Panteon Del Pueblo in San Ygnacio, Texas.
