ZAPATA, TEXAS---Servando Gonzalez 92, passed away on Friday, May 14, 2021 at Laredo Medical Center in Laredo, Texas.

Mr. Gonzalez is preceded in death by his wife, Amanda R. Gonzalez and a son, Noe Gonzalez.

Mr. Gonzalez is survived by his sons, Homero (Meli) Gonzalez, Servando Jr. (Gloria) Gonzalez, Omar (Marisela) Gonzalez; daughters, Nori (Rogelio) Rodriguez, Sylvia (†Willie) Ramirez, Imelda (Ramiro) Garcia; grandchildren, Noriann Crake, Rogelio Rodriguez, III, Homero (Elizabeth) Gonzalez, Jr., Noel (Monica) Gonzalez, Melissa Gonzalez, Eric (Christina) Gonzalez, Jessica (Larry) Ramirez, Willie III (Jessica) Ramirez, Edna R. (Troy) Elizalde, Omar Jr. (Roxy) Gonzalez, Lory Gonzalez, Luis Noe (Tatiana) Gonzalez, Krissy Ramirez, Oscar (Mary Jo) Gonzalez, Vanessa (Rafa) De Martin, Rene E. Garcia, Oziel Gonzalez; twenty-one great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Maria P. Gonzalez and by numerous nephews, nieces and other family members and friends.

Visitation hours will be held on Tuesday, May 18, 2021, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a vigil at 7:00 p.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

On Wednesday, May 19, 2021 we will open at 8:00 a.m. and depart at 9:30 a.m. for a funeral mass at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.

Committal services will follow at Zapata County Cemetery.
