ZAPATA, TEXAS---Sergio Guzman 58, passed away on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at Laredo Medical Center in Laredo, Texas.

Mr. Guzman is preceded in death by his parents, Juan and Felicitas Guzman; brothers, Hilario Guzman, Librado Guzman and Mauricio Guzman.

Mr. Guzman is survived by his wife, Maria T. Guzman; sons, Mario Guzman, Sergio Alberto Guzman, Juan Adrian (Maribel) Guzman, Sergio Guzman, Jr., Fernando Guzman; daughters, Beatriz Guzman (Louis Martinez), Jennifer (Seferino) Saucedo; numerous grandchildren; sisters, Viviana Guzman and Maria De La Luz Guzman and by numerous other family members and friends.

Visitation hours will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2022, at 8:00 a.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

We will depart at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. funeral Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.

Committal services will follow at Zapata County Cemetery.
