ZAPATA, TEXAS—Rosa Belia P. Bustamante, 89, passed away on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 in Laredo Texas.

Ms. Bustamante is preceded in death by her husband, Abelino Bustamante and parents Gonzalo and Felipa Perez Peña.

Ms. Bustamante is survived by her sons, Humberto (San Juanita) Bustamante, Wilfredo (Josefa) Bustamante, Abelino Jr. (San Juanita) Bustamante; grandchildren, Felix (Esperanza) Bustamante, Michelle (Jonathan) Pitcher, Michael Bustamante, Clarissa Bustamante, Anthony Bustamante, Jaqueline (Ricardo) Gamez, Rebecca Bustamante; great grandchildren, Emmanuel Bustamante, Isabelle Bustamante, Mia Pitcher, Luna Pitcher and by numerous other family members and friends.

On Monday, May 5, 2025, we will open at 8:30 a.m. and depart at 10:30 a.m. from Rose Garden Funeral Home for a mass at 11:00 am at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Zapata, Texas.

Ms. Bustamante will be laid to rest at Bustamante Cemetery in Bustamante, Texas.
