ZAPATA, TEXAS---Rosa G. Guerra 83, passed away on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at her residence in Zapata, Texas.

Mrs. Guerra, is preceded in death by her son, Remigio Guerra Jr.

Mrs. Guerra, is survived by her son, Ricardo (Julia) Guerra; daughters, Rosa M. (Jose R. Jr.) Garza, Ruth Ann Guerra, Ruby Guerra; grandchildren, Remigio Guerra III, Juan Daniel Guerra, Cynthia Guerra, Leslie Palacios, Jackie Gonzalez, Ricardo Guerra Jr., Agustin Guerra, Justin Guerra, Avery Mclaren, Ricardo Agustin Guerra, David Guerra, Angel Daniel Guerra, Jessica Lee Garza, Samantha M. Garza, Vanessa Piña, Elizabeth Stedman, Jonathan Griffin, Ashley Garcia, Jerry Landa Jr., Brandon Guevarra, Alexis Guevara by numerous other family members and friends.

On Monday, February 9, 2026, we will open at 8:30 a.m. with a rosary at 9:30 a.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home. A chapel service will start at 10:30 a.m.

Committal services will follow at Zapata County Cemetery.
