ZAPATA, TEXAS- Rosa B. Garcia 66, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at Dr. Hospital in Laredo, Texas.

Mrs. Garcia is preceded in death by her son, Alberto Garcia; parents, Martin and Alma Perez; sister, Sanjuanita Perez.

Mrs. Garcia is survived by her husband, Jesus Garcia; daughters, Jessica Garcia (Rene Guerra), Chelsea H. Gutierrez; grandchildren, Rebeca N. Salinas, Connie R. Guerra, Jessica R. Guerra; brothers, Beto (Bertha) Perez, Martin Perez, Jesus Perez, Gerardo Perez; sisters, Maria (†Jose Maria) Juarez, Marta (†Juan Carlos) Dominguez and by numerous other family members and friends.

Visitation hours will be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. with a chapel service at 11:00 a.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

Committal services will follow at Zapata County Cemetery.
