Romeo Ramirez age 84 of Falcon, Texas passed away on 03/15/2026 doing what he loved most—living life on his own terms. Known by many as a daring outdoorsman and a dedicated servant to his community, Romeo left a lasting impact on everyone he met.

Born on 10-14-1942 Romeo was a man who never feared a challenge. He was an avid hunter and fisherman who found his peace in the woods and on the water. His passion for adventure led him to become a skilled welder, rattlesnake wrangler, hunter, and creative artist. Beyond his adventurous hobbies, Romeo served as a volunteer Fire Chief with the Flour Bluff Department for many years . Whether he was fighting fires or removing a rattlesnake from the property, he loved his family and friends.

Romeo has now joined his parents Preciliano Ramirez, Emilia C. Ramirez, sister Diana R Krause, and wife Graciela Garcia Ramirez in heaven. He is survived by his sister Mary Jarrett, beloved daughters Rosalinda Ramirez(Juan),and Rebecca  (Hugo )Flores, Barbara Cruz , his grandchildren Brandy Ramirez(Manuel),Joshua Perez, and Sara (Enrique) Leal, Jorge Flores and Romeo Flores as well as his great grandchildren Izabella, Brian, Makayla, Aidan, Tyler, Megan, Zachary(in heaven)John(Rochelle) Justin, Eleeza, and great -great grandchildren Aviana, and Xavier, Mahcari, Mahkai, Zarya , and Mary May.

A celebration of life to honor Ponano's adventurous spirit will be held after his services at his house in Falcon Texas.

On Thursday, March 19, 2026, we will open at 2:00 p.m. with a Chapel service at 3:00 p.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

Committal services will follow at Falcon Cemetery.
