ZAPATA, TEXAS---Roman D. Cuellar 40, passed away on Thursday, February 14, 2019 in Pearland, Texas.

Roman is preceded in death by his father, Rafael D. Cuellar; paternal grandfather, Horacio R. Cuellar and maternal grandfather, Margarito Pompa.

Roman is survived by his mother, Maria Cuellar; brother, Omar D. Cuellar, Aaron D. Cuellar (Cristal Cruz), Rene D. Cuellar, Raul (Maria Del Rosario) Ramirez; nephews, Ruben Martinez, Rene D. Cuellar, Jr.; niece, Victoria Ramirez; paternal grandmother, Adelina Cuellar; maternal grandmother, Consuelo Pompa and by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other family members and friends.

Visitation hours will be held on Monday, February 18, 2019, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a vigil at 7 p.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

The funeral procession will depart on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at 9:45 a.m. for a 10 a.m. funeral Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.

Committal services will follow at San Jose Cemetery.
