ZAPATA, TEXAS---Richard M. Dominguez 63, passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at Laredo Medical Center in Laredo, Texas.

Mr. Dominguez is preceded in death by his sons, Javier Chapa, Jr. and Jorge H. Chapa and parents, Jaime G. and Nora Gutierrez and a baby brother, Guadalupe Gutierrez.

Mr. Dominguez is survived by his wife, Leticia E. Dominguez; son, Richard Jaime Dominguez (Angelica Garza); daughter, Teresa E. (Javier) Camacho; grandchildren, Javier Camacho, Jr., Javier Chapa, III, Regina A. Chapa, Christabel J. Camacho and by numerous other family members and friends.

Visitation hours will be held on Sunday, April 21, 2019, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a vigil at 7 p.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

The funeral procession will depart on Monday, April 22, 2019 at 9:45 a.m. for a 10 a.m. funeral Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. A military presentation will be conducted immediately after mass by the American Legion Post 486 Color Guard.
