ZAPATA, TEXAS---Rebecca M. Hinojosa 97, passed away on Thursday, October 29, 2020 at Falcon Lake Nursing Home in Zapata, Texas.

Mrs. Hinojosa is preceded in death by her husband, Raul Hinojosa and daughter, Rebecca H. Salinas.

Mrs. Hinojosa is survived by her daughter, Naomi Hinojosa (Angel Castañeda), son, Pedro C. Hinojosa; son-in-law, Ricardo Salinas; grandchildren, Maria Adela (Rene) Alvarez, Ricardo Salinas, Jr., Celina (Danny) Canales, Maria Teresa C. Martinez, Angel (Anna) Castañeda, Jr., Amanda Castañeda, Pete Crisp, Raul A. (Didi) Hinojosa, Daniel Armando Hinojosa, Casey (Miguel) Zelaya, Kayla Hinojosa, Deann Hinojosa and by numerous great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces and other family members and friends.

Visitation hours will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, at 9 a.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

A graveside service will follow at 10:30 a.m. at Zapata County Cemetery.

Due to the current pandemic family has requested a private viewing for immediate family only. Public can remain in their vehicles while at funeral home and follow in the procession to cemetery and again remain in the vehicles while funeral is taking place at the Zapata Co. Cemetery. Family would like to thank everyone for the kind thoughts and prayers.
