ZAPATA, TEXAS---Ramon Treviño 87, passed away on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at Falcon Lake Nursing Home in Zapata, Texas.

Mr. Treviño is preceded in death by his parents, Tomas and Viviana Treviño.

Mr. Treviño is survived by his wife, Sara M. Treviño; son, Ramiro Treviño; step-son, Mario Garcia; daughters, Elda Treviño, Elsa Treviño; step-daughter, Arcelia Garcia and by numerous family members and friends.

Visitation hours will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2017, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a wake at 7 p.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

A chapel service will be held on Sunday, July 30, 2017, at 9:30 a.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

Committal services will follow at Zapata County Cemetery.
