ZAPATA, TEXAS---Ramiro Guajardo 92, passed away on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 in Cotulla, Texas.

Mr. Guajardo is preceded in death by his parents, Cesario and Aleja Guajardo; brothers, Francisco Guajardo, Ing. Mario (Cruz) Guajardo, Ruben Antonio (Yolanda) Guajardo; sisters, Amparo Guajardo and Helidora Guajardo.

Mr. Guajardo is survived by wife, Isabel B. Guajardo; son, Ramiro A. Guajardo; daughters, Maribel Guajardo (Reyes Jose Ramos), Dinora Monsivais; grandchildren, Horacio Monsivais, Jr., Luis G. Monsivais (Esmeralda Rodriguez), Dinora G. Monsivais (Rigoberto Ramirez), Laura C. Ramos; great-granddaughter, Allison Nicole Ramirez; sisters, Gloria (†Pedro) Olmos, Rosalinda (Andres) Gonzalez and by numerous nephews, nieces and other family members and friends.

Visitation hours will be held on Friday, July 16, 2021, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.

Committal services will follow at Zapata County Cemetery.
