ZAPATA, TEXAS- Paulina Gonzalez 88, passed away on Monday, January 19, 2026, at her residence in Zapata Texas.

Mrs. Gonzalez is preceded in death by her husband Erasmo Gonzalez.

Mrs. Gonzalez is survived by her daughter, Micaela M. Gonzalez (Natividad Villarreal); grandchildren, Lucero (Roberto) Saldivar, Elias (Rachel) Gonzalez, Erasmo (Jessica) Villarreal; 12 great-grandchildren and by numerous other family members and friends.

Visitation hours will be held on Friday, January 23, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. with a Chapel service at 10:00 a.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

Committal services will follow at Zapata County Cemetery.
