SAN YGNACIO, TEXAS---Paula D. Kant 94, passed away on Monday, June 12, 2017 at Doctor's Hospital in Laredo, Texas.

Mrs. Kant is preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Christina Durazo and three brothers.

Mrs. Kant is survived by her husband, William M. Kant; sons, Paul (Deborah) Kant, Charles Kant; daughter Kristine (Steve) Mihajlovits; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and other family members and friends.

Mrs. Kant was a member of the American Legion Post 486 Color Guard. She was a Veteran of WWII and an airplane mechanic and parachute rigger.

Mr. & Mrs. Kant were married for 72 years.
