ZAPATA, TEXAS---Pastor Bill D. Campbell 84, passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2020 at Laredo Medical Center in Laredo, Texas.

Mr. Campbell is preceded in death by his parents, Doc and Emma Campbell and sisters, Juanita, Eliza, Paulina and Mary.

Mr. Campbell is survived by his wife, Wanda P. Campbell; children, Brenda (Richard) Wakefield, Vicky Benavides, Becky (Thomas) King, Tim Campbell (Steven Machado); grandchildren, John (Marcy) Ratcliff, Stephen Ratcliff, Emma Beth (Oscar) Ruiz, Beto Vasquez, Robert (Kim) Vasquez, Erica (†Matthew) Blake, Ernie (Shelly) Rendon, Jessica (Ray) Makhani, David (Samantha) Garza; eighteen great-grandchildren; brother, John Campbell; uncle, Paul Huff and by numerous nephews, nieces and other family members and friends.

Visitation hours will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2020, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a chapel service at 7:00 p.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

On Sunday, October 11, 2020 Rose Garden Funeral Home will open at 1:30 p.m. and a chapel service will be held at 2 p.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

Committal services will follow at Zapata County Cemetery.
