ZAPATA, TEXAS--- Pablo Hernandez 93, passed away on Wednesday July 10, 2024, at Laredo Medical center in Laredo, Texas. Mr. Hernandez is preceded in death by his wife, Myrthalla Hernandez; parents, Mauro and Genoveva Hernandez; brothers, Larry, Freddy, and Ysidro Hernandez.

Mr. Hernandez is survived by his son Pablo R. (Juanita) Hernandez; daughter, Dioni M. Hernadez, Mileth Hernandez (Juan M. Sanchez Jr.); grandchildren, Jorge A. Hernandez (Aime M. Garcia), Priscilla M. Gonzalez, Adriana M. Hernandez, Juan M. Sanchez III, Sergio R. Sanchez, Paul David Hernandez; great grandchildren, Jorge A. Hernandez Jr., Itzayana Garcia; brother, Victor (Dee ) Hernandez; sisters, Olivia (Albert) Barron, Nina (Glen) Peterson, Dora Kober, Isie Sears; and by numerous nephews, nieces and other family members and friends.

Visitation hours were held on Saturday July 13, 2024, at 8:30 a.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home the funeral procession departed at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 am funeral mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church

Committal services followed at Zapata County Cemetery.

Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Rose Garden Funeral Home Daniel A. Gonzalez, Funeral Director, 2102 N. US HWY 83 Zapata, Texas.
