ZAPATA, TEXAS—Oscar Mario Guerra 51, passed away on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at Laredo Medical Center in Laredo, Texas.

Mr. Guerra is preceded in death by his brother Alfredo Guerra.

Mr. Guerra is survived by his wife; Cynthia Avila; sons, Oscar Omar (Cynthia) Guerra, Hector Mario (Naomi) Guerra, Jacob Guerra; daughters, Cynthia Yareli Guerra (Brian Diaz), Yessica Ruby Guerra, Arianie Sanchez; grandchildren, Hector Mario Guerra Jr., Deysi Dalett Guerra; parents, Alfredo Guerra-Elizondo, Maria Corina Chapa-Pena; brothers, Hector Javier Guerra; Sary Guerra, Irma Lydia (Ulises) Mejia and by numerous other family members and friends.

Visitation hours will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, we will open at 8:30 a.m. with a catholic chapel service at 11:00 a.m., at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

Committal services will follow at Zapata County Cemetery.
