Nora Alicia Pierce 65, passed away on Friday, February 13, 2026 at Laredo Medical Center in Laredo, Texas.

Ms. Pierce is preceded in death by her loving parents A.F. Pierce and Anna Laney Pierce.

Licha is survived by lifelong friends and acquaintances in Zapata that are deeply saddened by her demise.

Nora Alicia was a proud Zapata High School Class of 1978 graduate.  Licha is remembered as a person with a kind heart who touched the lives of everyone who knew her. She leaves behind cherished memories and lifelong friendships.

Licha, thank you for your gentle love, friendship and kindness. We will carry your spirit with us always. Rest in peace.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at 10:00am and Memorial Service at 11:00am at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

Nora Alicia's final resting place will be next to her beloved parents in Arkansas.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Rose Garden Funeral Home Daniel A. Gonzalez, Funeral Director, 2102 N. US HWY 83 Zapata, Texas.
