ZAPATA, TEXAS---Neiva D. Diaz 36, passed away on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen, Texas.

Mrs. Diaz is preceded in death by her mother, Bertha Gonzalez Mottu.

Mrs. Diaz is survived by her husband, Javier Diaz, Jr.; children, Bianca Sanchez, Pamela Rubio, Mariana Diaz, Javier Diaz, III; father, Fernando Mottu; brother, Fernando Mottu Gonzalez; paternal grandmother, Julia Mottu; aunt, Alejandra (Juan Guadalupe) Hernandez and by numerous other family members and friends.

Visitation hours will be held on Sunday, August 22, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Rose Garden Funeral Home Daniel A. Gonzalez, Funeral Director, 2102 N. US HWY 83 Zapata, Texas.
