ZAPATA, TEXAS---Maria L. "Lulu" Arambula 59, passed away Wednesday, March 8, 2017, at Laredo Medical Center in Laredo, Texas.
Mrs. Arambula is preceded in death by her parents, Castulo and Amelia Ramirez; brother, Castulo Ramirez, Jr.; and in-laws, Juan and Esther J. Arambula; brother in-law, Ricky White.
Mrs. Arambula is survived by her husband, Juan Arambula, Jr.; sons, Carlos Q. (Monica) Ramirez, Juan O. (Sara) Arambula, Luis R. (Noelia) Arambula, Daniel A. (Sandra) Arambula, and Mario A. Arambula; daughters, Landie Y. (Eustolio A., Jr.) Lopez, Darlina A. (Darrell) Goldsberry; grandchildren, Ashley Ramirez (Joey Verdiguel), Carly Ramirez, Rihanna Ramirez, Carlos Ramirez, Jr., Sarahi Arambula, Karyzza Arambula, Juan O. Arambula, Jr., Liliana (Miguel) Hinojosa, Luis Jr. (Katherine) Arambula, Daniel Enrique Arambula, Laritza Lopez, Eustolio A. Lopez, III, and Leroy Cruz; great-grandchildren, Jaycob Verdiguel, Katalina Verdiguel, Ixseliana Hinojosa, Hannah Arambula, and Anaeli Arambula; brother, Sergio (Lupita) Ramirez; sisters, Elva (Clyde) Guerra, Rita Ramirez, and Amelia Del Bosque (Javier Ramirez); brothers in-law, Macario (Thelma) Arambula, Eloy (Amalia) Arambula, Angel (Alamar) Arambula; sisters in-law, Elena (†Ricky) White, Yvonne Arambula (Phil Sandusky), Martha G. Ramirez and by numerous nephews, nieces, other family members and friends.
Visitation hours were held on Tuesday, March 14, 2017, from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. with an 11:00 a.m. mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.
Her cremated remains were buried on Wednesday, March 15, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. at Zapata County Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Rose Garden Funeral Home Daniel A. Gonzalez, Funeral Director, 2102 N. US HWY 83, Zapata, Texas.
