ZAPATA, TEXAS---Marcelina G. Sanchez 95, passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2021 at Laredo Medical Center in Laredo, Texas.

Mrs. Sanchez is preceded in death by her husband, Amador Sanchez; daughters, Hermelinda S. Muñoz, Elvanelia Sanchez; sons, Guadalupe Sanchez, Leonel Sanchez and Francisco Sanchez.

Mrs. Sanchez is survived by her sons, Amador (Lupita) Sanchez, Jr., Roberto Sanchez, Hector (Thelma) Sanchez, daughter-in-law, Maria Sanchez; grandchildren, Lesvia S. Cuellar, Aaron (Jerica) Sanchez, Irasema (Leo II) Solis, Lupita Sanchez, Oziel Jasso, Karen Jasso, Belia (Luis) Garcia, Clarissa (Serapio III) Garcia, Melissa (Adalberto III) Perez, Eddie (Valerie) Sanchez, Edna Sanchez, Sonia (Ramon) Montes, Sandy Sanchez, Bobbie Bustamante; great-grandchildren, Carlos D. Cuellar, Aaron Sanchez, Jr., Aalysun H. Sanchez, Leo Solis, III, Kayla Solis, Josue O. Solis, Arturo Guerra, Luis Garcia, Jr., Senaya Garcia, Adalberto Perez, IV, Miguel Omar Perez, Eduardo J. Sanchez, Julissa Sanchez, Amador E. Sanchez, Jr., Kataleya V. Sanchez, Jorge Salinas, II, Joaquin Salinas, Leila Montes, Ramon Montes, Jr., Carlos Gonzalez, Cesar Gonzalez; great-great-grandchildren, Eduardo J. Sanchez, Jr., and Luis D. Ubaldo and by numerous nephews, nieces and other family members and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 26, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Zapata County Cemetery.
