ZAPATA, TEXAS---Louise W. Rodriguez 70, passed away on Friday, March 10, 2023 at her residence in Zapata, Texas.

Mrs. Rodriguez is preceded in death by her husband, Alonzo Rodriguez; grandchildren, Jessica Weeks; parents, Robert and Nova Lou Westmoreland; brothers, Robert H. Westmoreland, Mike Westmoreland, David H. (Roberta) Westmoreland, Jack Westmoreland and Terry Lynn (Joyce) Westmoreland, Thayne Westmoreland and a sister, Lanetta (Ida Cannon) Westmoreland Fresques.

Mrs. Rodriguez is survived by her son, Ramon Rodriguez, Angel R. (Leticia) Rodriguez; daughters, Alysia Rodriguez, Emiliana (Mario) Martinez, Debra (Patrick) Mucci and by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren; sisters, Vicki Westmoreland, Penny Westmoreland (Fred); sister-in-law, Jolene Westmoreland and other family members and friends.

Visitation hours will be held on Thursday, March 16, 2023, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a chapel service at 7:00 p.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.
