ZAPATA, TEXAS---Lauro Morales 78, passed away on Thursday, November 26, 2020 at his residence in Zapata, Texas.

Mr. Morales is preceded in death by his parents, Fabian and Sara Morales and a sister, Graciela M. Hinojosa.

Mr. Morales is survived by his wife, Enedina B. Morales; son, Lauro (Zolia) Morales; daughter, Anabel Morales; grandchildren, David A. Morales, Isaac J. Morales; brothers, Xavier Morales, David (Beatriz R.) Morales; brother-in-law, Raul Hinojosa and by numerous nephews, nieces and other family members and friends.

Visitation hours will be held on Tuesday, December 1, 2020, at 8 a.m. with a chapel service at 10:00 a.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

Burial services will follow at Zapata County Cemetery, including full Military Honors by the American Legion Post 486 Color Guard.
