ZAPATA, TEXAS- Juan Luis Ramirez 69, passed away on Friday, February 20, 2026 at Doctors Hospital in Laredo, Texas.

Mr. Ramirez, is preceded in death by his parents Florentino and Genoveva Ramirez.

Mr. Ramirez is survived by his sisters, Maria Sylvia (Manuel) Zepeda, Rosalinda Ramirez; nephews, Lee Ray (Ana) Zepeda, Ely E. (Anselma) Zepeda; niece, Mayra L. (Mark) Lopez and by numerous other family members and friends.

Visitation hours will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. with a Chapel Service at 10:30 a.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

Committal services will follow at Zapata County Cemetery.
