LOPEÑO, TEXAS---Juan Angel "John" Flores 53, passed away on Thursday, August 23, 2018 at Laredo Medical Center in Laredo, Texas.

Mr. Flores is preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth S. Flores and mom, Teodora C. Flores.

Mr. Flores is survived by his father, Jose Angel Flores; brother, Edward (Telma) Flores; sisters, Nelda M. Flores, Laura (Felipe) Rodriguez, Marisa (Ely) Gutierrez and by numerous nephews, nieces, other family members and friends.

Visitation hours were held on Monday, August 27, 2018, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a vigil at 7 p.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

The funeral procession departed on Tuesday, August 28, 2018, at 9:30 a.m. for a 10 a.m. funeral Mass at Saint Peter Mission in Lopeño, Texas.

Committal services followed at Lopeño Cemetery.

Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Rose Garden Funeral Home Daniel A. Gonzalez, Funeral Director, 2102 N. US HWY 83 Zapata, Texas.
