ZAPATA, TEXAS---Juan Jose Guadalupe Herrera 66, passed away on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 in Zapata, Texas.

Mr. Herrera is preceded in death by his mother, Angelica Cuellar; father, Baldomero Herrera and brothers, Jerry and Andy Boatright.

Mr. Herrera is survived by his son, Ricardo Herrera; daughters, Amelia Herrera, Yvette Herrera; brothers, Baldomero Herrera, Raul Herrera, Larry Boatright, Wayne Boatright; sisters, Margarita (Angel) Rodriguez and Sylvia E. Ramirez and by other family members and friends.

Visitation hours will be held on Thursday, July 25, 2019, at 3:30 p.m. with a chapel service at 4 p.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

Committal services will follow at Zapata County Cemetery.
