ZAPATA, TEXAS---Jose Roberto "Tito" Garza, passed away Friday, December 7, 2018 in Laredo Medical Center in Laredo, Texas.

Mr. Garza is preceded in death by his father, Mario Humberto Garza; sister, Maricela Botello.

Mr. Garza is survived by his wife Carmen S. Garza; son, Roberto Carlos (Norma Rachel) Garza; daughters, Selina (†Eddie) Guevarra, Selma (Polo) Garcia; grandchildren, Victor J. Garcia Jr., Christopher Andrew Garza, Jacob Cameron Garza, Ashlee Marie Garcia, James Brandon To, Raul Alberto Camacho, Emilio Omar Camacho, Emma Lizette Garcia, Melissa Edith Garcia; mother, Rosario Amparo Garza; brother, Hector (Rosario) Garza, Adrian Garza, Mario H. Garza Jr., Luis C. (Eva) Garza; sisters, Ruth Chapa, Diana (Juan) Villarreal, Abigail (Joe) Facundo, Patricia Garza, Juanita (Joel) Medina; brother in-law, Eduardo "Wayo" Botello  and by numerous nephews, nieces, other family members and friends.

Visitation hours will be held on Sunday, December 9, 2018, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a vigil at 7 p.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

The funeral procession will depart on Monday, December 10, 2018, at 9:30 a.m. for a 10 a.m. funeral Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.

Burial services will follow at Zapata County Cemetery with Military Honors by the American Legion Post 486 Color Guard.
