ZAPATA, TEXAS---Jesus A. Sanchez, passed away on Sunday, September 2, 2018 at Laredo Medical Center in Laredo, Texas.

Mr. Sanchez is preceded in death by his father, Teodoro Sanchez; sister, Rosalva S. Benavides.

Mr. Sanchez is survived by his wife Julieta G. Sanchez; daughters, Perla Y. (Sergio) Alvarez, Anais D. Sanchez; grandchildren, Martin Rodriguez Jr., Monica Rodriguez, Gerardo Alvarez, Aramis Alvarez, Victoria Alvarez; mother, Hilda Gutierrez; brothers, Arturo Sanchez, Teodoro (Zoila) Sanchez, Norberto (Berta) Sanchez, Antonio Sanchez, Armando (Elizabeth) Sanchez; sister's Hilda (Jose) Gonzalez, Claudia (Leobardo) Fernandez; and by numerous nephews, nieces, and friends.

Visitation hours will be held on Friday, September 7, 2018, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a vigil at 7 p.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

The funeral procession will depart on Saturday, September 8, 2018, at 9:30 a.m. for a 10 a.m. funeral Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.

Committal services will follow at Zapata County Cemetery.
