ZAPATA, TEXAS---Jacobo Guzman 69, passed away on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at Laredo Medical Center in Laredo, Texas.

Mr. Guzman is preceded in death by his parents, Francisco and Celestina Guzman.

Mr. Guzman is survived by brothers and sisters, Paula Gonzalez, Eduardo Guzman, Francisco (Mary Lou) Guzman and Esmeralda (Homero) Gonzalez and by numerous nephews, nieces and other family members and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, October 30, 2019, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

The funeral procession will depart at 9:30 a.m. for a 10 a.m. funeral Mass at Our Lady of Refuge Catholic Church in San Ygnacio, Texas.

Committal services will follow at Panteon Del Pueblo in San Ygnacio, Texas.
