ZAPATA, TEXAS---Irene Kayton Sievek Hasert 78, died on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 in Zapata, Texas.

Mrs. Hasert is survived by her husband, Jess Hasert; sons, Tim (Cathy) Sievek, Greg (Mary Kay) Sievek, Dave Sievek, Jeff Hasert and a daughter, Janis Mackmiller and by numerous other family members and friends.

Mrs. Hasert was the previous owner of Purple Doors Bar in Onamia, MN.

A celebration of life will be planned in Minnesota in the future.

Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Rose Garden Funeral Home Daniel A. Gonzalez, Funeral Director, 2102 N. US HWY 83 Zapata, Texas.
