ZAPATA, TEXAS---Hector Peña, Jr. 54, passed away on Friday, February 21, 2020 at Laredo Medical Center in Laredo, Texas.

Mr. Peña is preceded in death by his mother, Maria Teresa Peña.

Mr. Peña is survived by his father, Hector Peña, Sr.; brother, Jose T. Peña; sisters, Cynthia T. (Carlos) Salazar, Patsy (Benjamin L.) Gonzlaes; nephews and nieces, Carlos Jr. (Nora) Salazar, Luis (Vanessa) Salazar, Ashley (Noel) Zamora, Melissa (Jose Alberto) Perez, Adriana (Mateo) Bravo and by numerous other family members and friends.

Visitation hours will be held on Tuesday, February 25, 2020, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a wake at 7:00 p.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Zapata County Cemetery.
