ZAPATA, TEXAS---Guadalupe Sanchez 73, passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2019 at Laredo Medical Center in Laredo, Texas.

Mr. Sanchez is preceded in death by his father, Amador Sanchez, grandson, Cesar Cuellar, Jr.; brother, Leonel Sanchez; sister, Elvanelia Sanchez and father-in-law, Crisoforo Garcia.

Mr. Sanchez is survived by his wife, Maria L. Garcia; sons, Aaron (Jerica) Sanchez, Osiel Jasso; daughters, Lesvia (Cesar) Cuellar, Irasema (Leobardo, Jr.) Solis, Maria Guadalupe Sanchez, Karen Jasso (Rolando Cortinas); grandchildren, Carlos Daniel Cuellar, Aaron Sanchez, Jr., Leobardo Solis, III, Kayla L. Solis, Aalysun Hope Sanchez, Josue O. Solis; mother, Marcelina Sanchez; brothers, Francisco Sanchez, Amador (Lupita) Sanchez, Hector (Thelma) Sanchez, Roberto Sanchez; sister, Hermelida Muñoz; mother-in-law, Adela Trejo; sisters-in-law, Cristina Garcia (Javier Vasquez), Fatima Garcia and by numerous nephews, nieces and other family members and friends.

Visitation hours will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2019, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a vigil at 6:30 p.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

The funeral procession will depart on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at 9:45 a.m. for a 10 a.m. funeral Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.

Committal services will follow at Zapata County Cemetery.
