ZAPATA, TEXAS---Guadalupe Gonzalez 92, passed away on Sunday, April 9, 2017 in Zapata, Texas.

Ms. Gonzalez is preceded in death by her husband, Jacinto Gonzalez and a son, Guadalupe Gonzalez.

Ms. Gonzalez is survived by her daughter, Blanca Lilia Gonzalez; sons, Luis Lauro Gonzalez, Pedro Hugo Gonzalez, Roberto Gonzalez, Juan Jacinto Gonzalez and Mario Alberto Gonzalez and by daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren and by numerous nephews, nieces, other family members and friends.

Visitation hours were held on Monday, April 10, 2017, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a vigil at 7 p.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

The funeral procession departed on Tuesday, April 11, 2017, at 9:30 a.m. for a 10 a.m. funeral Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.

Committal services followed at Zapata County Cemetery.

Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Rose Garden Funeral Home Daniel A. Gonzalez, Funeral Director, 2102 N. US HWY 83 Zapata, Texas.
