ZAPATA, TEXAS---Francisco Sanchez 72, passed away on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at his residence in Zapata, Texas.

Mr. Sanchez is preceded in death by his parents, Amador and Marcelina Sanchez; brothers, Guadalupe Sanchez, Leonel Sanchez; sisters, Hermelinda S. Munoz, Elva Nelia Sanchez and by his companion, Damiana Presas.

Mr. Sanchez is survived by his bothers, Amador Jr. (Maria Guadalupe) Sanchez, Roberto D. Sanchez, Hector (Thelma) Sanchez; nieces and nephews, Lesvia S. Cuellar, Aaron (Jerica) Sanchez, Irasema (Leo II) Solis, Lupita Sanchez, Oziel Jasso, Karen Jasso, Belia (Luis) Garcia, Clarissa (Serapio III) Garcia, Melissa (Adalberto III) Perez, Eddie (Valerie) Sanchez, Edna Sanchez, Sonia (Ramon) Montes, Sandy Sanchez, Bobbie Bustamante; great-nieces and nephews, Carlos D. Cuellar, Aaron Sanchez, Jr., Aalysun H. Sanchez, Leo Solis, III, Kayla Solis, Josue O. Solis, Arturo Guerra, Luis Garcia, Jr., Senaya Garcia, Adalberto Perez, IV, Miguel Omar Perez, Eduardo J. Sanchez, Julissa Sanchez, Amador E. Sanchez, Jr., Kataleya V. A Graveside service will be held on Friday, February 26, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. Zapata County Cemetery.
