ZAPATA, TEXAS---Ely Galvan 41, passed away on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at her residence in Zapata, Texas.

Ely is preceded in death by her father, Roberto Galvan.

Ely is survived by her husband, Saul Cruz; son, Pascual Martinez; daughter, Jeannie Palacios; mother, Maria Elisa Carmona and by numerous uncles, aunts, cousins and other family members and friends.

Ely was a graduate of Zapata High School Class of 1997.

Visitation hours will be held on Thursday, January 17, 2019, at 8:30 a.m. with a chapel service at 11 a.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

Committal services will follow at Zapata County Cemetery.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Rose Garden Funeral Home Daniel A. Gonzalez, Funeral Director, 2102 N. US HWY 83 Zapata, Texas.
