ZAPATA, TEXAS---Elma Zepeda 92, passed away on Saturday, October 12, 2019 at Rio Grande City Nursing and Rehab.

Ms. Zepeda is preceded in death by her husband, Manuel Zepeda; son, Homero Falcon and a grandson, Homero Falcon, Jr.

Ms. Zepeda is survived by her grandson, Jorge Falcon and granddaughters, Anna Falcon, Maricela Falcon and Cynthia Falcon and by numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and other family members and friends.

A chapel service will be held on Thursday, October 17, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

Burial of cremains will follow at Zapata County Cemetery.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Rose Garden Funeral Home Daniel A. Gonzalez, Funeral Director, 2102 N. US HWY 83 Zapata, Texas.
