FALCON, TEXAS---Eduardo "Eddie" Gracia, Jr. 50, passed away on Sunday, January 24, 2021 at Doctor's Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg, Texas.

Mr. Gracia is preceded in death by his father, Eduardo Gracia; paternal grandparents, Santiago and Armandina Gracia and maternal grandparents, Flavio and Estela G. Ramirez and uncle, Jose Cesar Ramirez.

Mr. Gracia is survived by his mother, Ninfa R. Gracia, sister, Anna Gracia; nephews, Juan Jose "JJ" Vela, Jr., Jorge A. Vela, Josue O. "Orly" Vela and by numerous uncles, aunts, cousins other family members and friends.

Eddie was a Zapata High School graduate Class of 1988. Eddie attended Texas A&M in College Station and graduated in 1993 as a Civil Engineer. He worked at TXDOT for over 30 years as head engineer and retired in 2020 and was currently working for Sam-CS Construction Service as a Supervisor.

Visitation hours will be held on Wednesday, January 27, 2021, at 8:30 a.m. with a rosary at 9:00 a.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

A graveside service will follow at 10:30 a.m. at Falcon Cemetery in Falcon, Texas.
