ZAPATA, TEXAS---Dora R. Pacheco 94, passed away on Monday, January 25, 2021 in Zapata, Texas.

Mrs. Pacheco is preceded in death by her husband, Jose Armando Pacheco; grandchildren, Jesse Moncivais, Betty M. Lopez; parents, Domingo and Martha R. Rodriguez; brothers, Lorenzo Rodriguez, Domingo Rodriguez, Pedro Rodriguez, Victor Rodriguez, Guadalupe Rodriguez; sisters, Francisca Rincon and Maria Del Refugio Martinez.

Mrs. Pacheco is survived by her sons, Ramon (Antonia) Moncivais, Jesus (Beatriz) Moncivais, Guadalupe Pacheco, Martin E. (Cristina) Pacheco; daughters, San Juana (Obed) Alaniz, Dora Alicia Pacheco and Saira Castillo; twenty-one grandchildren; forty-eight great-grandchildren; thirty-three great-great-grandchildren; brother, Jose Rodriguez, Juan Rodriguez and a sister, Maria De La Luz Rodriguez and by numerous nephews, nieces and other family members and friends.

Pallbearers were, Ramon Moncivais, Jr., Juan E. Garcia, Jr., Alex Garcia, George Garcia, Martin Emilio Pacheco, Jr., Armando Pacheco, Obed E. Alaniz and Alexander N. Enriquez.

The family would like to thank Father, Noel Davis, Amistad Home Health and Altus Hospice for the care that was given to our mother.

Visitation hours were held on Wednesday, January 27, 2021, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

On Thursday, January 28, 2021 we will open at 8:00 a.m. and a graveside service followed at 10:30 a.m. at Zapata County Cemetery.

Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Rose Garden Funeral Home Daniel A. Gonzalez, Funeral Director, 2102 N. US HWY 83 Zapata, Texas.
