LOPEÑO, TEXAS---Diana M. Ramirez 55, passed away on Monday, March 20, 2017, at Doctor's Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg, Texas.
Mrs. Ramirez is preceded in death by her mother, Maria R. Martinez.
Mrs. Ramirez is survived by her husband, Jorge D. Ramirez; son, Leroy (Sylvia) Ramirez; daughter, Melissa Ramirez; granddaughter, Ashley N. Ramirez; father, Alfredo Martinez; brothers, Juan (†Maria Elena) Valdez, Manuel Martinez (Benita Mendoza), Rafael (Liza) Martinez; sister, †Rosa Maria (Raul) Hurtado and by numerous nephews, nieces, other family members and friends.
Visitation hours were held on Wednesday, March 22, 2017, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a vigil at 7 p.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.
The funeral procession departed on Thursday, March 23, 2017, at 9:30 a.m. for a 10 a.m. funeral Mass at San Pedro Catholic Church in Lopeño, Texas.
Committal services followed at Lopeño Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Rose Garden Funeral Home Daniel A. Gonzalez, Funeral Director, 2102 N. US HWY 83 Zapata, Texas.
