ZAPATA, TEXAS---Darrell Adams 77, passed away on May 10, 2019 at Laredo Medical Center in Laredo, Texas.

Mr. Adams is preceded in death by his son, Harvey Adams; parents, Arvie Lee and Frances Adams; one brother, Ernie (Kay) Adams and one sister, Angie Avant.

Mr. Adams is survived by his son, Derrick Adams; one grandson, one granddaughter; sisters, Gladys Pool, Hilma Hamlet, Sarah (Glen) Moore, Dora Blanche Adams and by numerous other family members and friends.

A chapel service will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2019, at 11 a.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

Committal services will follow at Zapata County Cemetery, including full Military Honors by the American Legion Post 486 Color Guard.
