ZAPATA, TEXAS---Concepcion Bustamante 81, passed away on Monday, April 10, 2023 at Laredo Specialty Hospital in Laredo, Texas.

Mr. Bustamante is preceded in death by his wife, Josefa Vela Bustamante and his parents, Concepcion Jr. and Petra V. Bustamante.

Mr. Bustamante is survived by his daughter, Alba B. (Rogelio) Benavidez; son, Adan R. (Lori) Bustamante; granddaughter, Monica (Brian) Martinez; great-granddaughter Christina Martinez and by numerous other family members and friends.

Mr. Bustamante was a U.S. Army Veteran of the 101 ^st Airborne Division Screaming Eagles.

Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Rose Garden Funeral Home Daniel A. Gonzalez, Funeral Director, 2102 N. US HWY 83 Zapata, Texas.
