ZAPATA, TEXAS---Christopher A. "Chris" De Leon passed away Thursday, February 10, 2022.

Christopher Anthony was a sweet, loving, intelligent, hard working, loving son, who was kind to all.  He was also a member of Zapata High School class of 2015.

Christopher is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Irene Rosales Vasquez.

Christopher is survived by his parents, Juan R. and Yvette De Leon; brothers, Alberico Salinas Jr. (Sarah I. Lozano), Jorge De Leon (Cecilia Chapa); sisters, Diana De Leon (Osiel Prado), and Kristina (Christian) Monsivais; paternal grandfather, Ramon De Leon; maternal grandparents, Jose F. and Ella Mae Gutierrez and by numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews, nieces and other family members and friends.

Visitation hours will be held on Sunday, February 13, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. with a chapel service at 11:30 a.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.
