BUSTAMANTE, TEXAS---Bobby Joe McAlister 77, passed away on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 in Hebbronville, Texas.

Mr. McAlister is preceded in death by his wife, Margie McAlister; parents, Joe and Lois McAlister.

Mr. McAlister is survived by his son, Christopher Joe (Cristy) McAlister; daughter, Geneen (Clay) Williamson; grandchildren, Carly McAlister, Cody McAlister, Conor McAlister, Christopher Ryan McAlister, Josh Williamson, Jacob Williamson; brothers, William Lee (Bobbie) McAlister, Clyde (Muriel) McAlister; sisters, Thelma Jean Holder, Sharon Kay (Keith) Albritton and by numerous and other family members and friends.

Visitation hours will be held on Tuesday, February 7, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. with a chapel service at 10:30 a.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

Committal services will follow at Bustamante Cemetery.
