ZAPATA, TEXAS---Baby, Francisco J. "Franky" Solis, Jr., passed away on Friday, November 3, 2017 at Laredo Medical Center in Laredo, Texas.

Franky is preceded in death by his uncle, Miguel Antonio Garza.

Franky is survived by his parents, Francisco and Deritzia Solis; paternal grandfather, Sammuel Solis, Jr.; paternal grandmother, Andrea Sanchez; maternal grandfather, Ovidio Garza; maternal grandfather, Eladio Maldonado; maternal grandmother, Yvonne Ramirez; great-grandparents, Sammuel Solis, Victoria R. Solis, Maria Juana Quiroz, Hugo (Carlota) Garza, Soledad (Amaro) Bustamante, David A. (Maricela) Ramirez, great-great-grandmother, Maria Guadalupe B. Villarreal; uncles and aunts, Christina Solis (Herman Velasquez), Clarissa Solis, Amanda Solis, Sammuel Solis, III, Leonides Navarro, Jr., Erica L. Navarro, Clara L. Navarro, Ovidio (Joelette) Garza, Jr., Jose Maria Garza, Cynthia G. Garza, Virginia Ramirez, Amelia (Ramon) Rios, San Juana (Abelino, Jr.) Bustamante, Maria Teresa (Ernesto) Morales; Godfather, Jesus D. (Yolanda) Garcia, Godmother, Ana Flor (Eloy, Jr.) Alaniz and by numerous cousins, other family members and friends.

Visitation hours will be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2017, at 8 a.m. with a chapel service at 10:00 a.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

Committal services will follow at Zapata County Cemetery.
