SAN YGNACIO, TEXAS---Aurora Arredondo Garza, passed away on Sunday, January 30, 2022 at Doctors Hospital at the age of 99 years 11 month surrounded by her daughter Thelma Garza Vera, her granddaughter Norma Arambula Quintero and great granddaughter Ashley Quintero.

Mrs. Garza is preceded in death by her husband Gregorio Garza; daughters, Emma Garza (†Stanley) Magee, Lydia Margarita Garza; Grand Children, Cynthia "Cindy" Rubio, Nora A. Zepeda, Jose Agustin Garza, Daniel Garza and Lorenzo Garza; great-grandchildren, Dahlia Paredes, Javier Benavides; parents, Manuel and Felicidad Gutierrez Arredondo; sister, Elvira (†Felipe) Vergara; brothers, Ernesto (†Maria) Arredondo, Andres (†Eusebia) Arredondo, Ramiro (†Graciela) Arredondo, Osbaldo (†Rosario) Arredondo.

Mrs. Garza is survived by her daughters, Aminta (Paul) Yeagley, Thelma Garza Vera, Nelda (†Alfonso) Zepeda, Ana Belia (Jose Liborio "Buddy") Ramirez, Eva Arredondo, Raquel Arredondo (Noe) Martinez; sons, Gilberto (Maria) Garza, Hector (†Consuelo) Garza, Javier Garza, Ramiro (Evelina) Garza, Gustavo Garza, Mario A. Garza and by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, other family members and friends.

Lots of Thanks to the doctors and nurses at Doctor's Hospital and Home Health of Velma Barrera and Staff for the Love and support for the family at a very difficult time. May God Bless them all and we Thank Jesus Christ for our Mother who let us have her for almost 100 years. It was a big blessing having her and a big blessing loving her, and spending time with her.

Visitation hours will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home followed by a graveside service at 2:00 p.m. at Panteon Del Pueblo in San Ygnacio, Texas.
