ZAPATA, TEXAS---Antonio Zavala 74, passed away on Monday, October 30, 2023 at   his residence in Zapata, Texas.

Mr. Zavala is preceded in death by his parents, Matias and Elva Zavala; brother, Matias Zavala Jr. and a sister, Argelia Z. Dickerson.

Mr. Zavala is survived by his son, Antonio Jr. (Anette) Zavala; grandchildren, Liam Zavala, Luke Zavala; brother, Enrique (Gracie) Zavala; sisters, Belinda (Raul) Chavarria, Norma (Gerardo) Zamora, Laura E. Zavala and by numerous nephews, nieces and other family members and friends.

Visitation hours will be held on Friday, November 10, 2023, at 8:00 a.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

We will depart at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. funeral Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Rose Garden Funeral Home Daniel A. Gonzalez, Funeral Director, 2102 N. US HWY 83 Zapata, Texas.
