ZAPATA, TEXAS---Antonio Zavala, Jr. 34, passed away on Monday, January 1, 2018 in Zapata, Texas.
Antonio is survived by his sons, Leonardo Zavala, Anthony Zavala, Dominique Zavala; daughters, Rebecca Zavala, Graciela Zavala; parents, Antonio and Petra Zavala; brothers, Pablo (Irma) Briones, Jose Enrique (Mayra) Zavala, Jose Luis (Lily) Balleza-Zavala; sisters, Graciela (Rafael) Briones, Veronica Zavala-Cabrialez, Maria Guadalupe Zavala (Angel Garcia), Maria Teresa Zavala and by numerous nephews, nieces, other family members and friends.
Visitation hours were held on Thursday, January 4, 2018, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a wake at 7 p.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.
On Friday, January 5, 2018 we opened at 8 a.m. with a chapel service at 10 a.m. the funeral procession departed at 11 a.m.
Committal services followed at Zapata County Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Rose Garden Funeral Home Daniel A. Gonzalez, Funeral Director, 2102 N. US HWY 83 Zapata, Texas.
