Andrea Chapa De Garza, 83, passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 in Laredo Texas.

Mrs. Garza, is preceded in death by her parents, Silvestre and Carmen Chapa; brother, Flavio Chapa; sister, Alicia Chapa.

Mrs. Garza is survived  by her husband of 67 years, Antonio Garza; sons, Jose Antonio Garza, Andres (Violeta M.) Garza, Julio F. (Sandra L.) Garza, Nefthali (Cecilia) Garza; daughters, Blanca N. Garza (Ramiro Casiano), Rosalinda (Miguel A.) Chapa, Maricela ( Francisco) Alejandro, Martha L. (Abel) Martinez, Carmen E.(Arturo) Valadez, Miriam A. Garza, Selvia A. Garza and by numerous nephews, nieces and many friends.

Visitation hours will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. with a chapel service at 3:00 p.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home

Committal services will follow at Zapata County Cemetery.
