ZAPATA, TEXAS---Anavel Ayala 61, passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at Laredo Medical Center in Laredo, Texas.

Mrs. Ayala is preceded in death by her husband, Everardo "Lalo" Ayala.

Mrs. Ayala is survived by her sons, Everardo G. (Erica) Ayala, Gustavo (Esmeralda) Ayala; grandchildren, Everardo Ayala, Eddie Ayala, Yvonne Ayala, Ebany Ayala and by numerous nephews, nieces and other family members and friends.

Visitation hours will be held on Sunday, December 4, 2022, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. with a vigil at 3:00 p.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

On Monday, December 5, 2022 we will open at 10:00 a.m. and the funeral procession will depart at 1:45 a.m. for a 2:00 p.m. funeral Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.

Committal services will follow at Zapata County Cemetery.
