ZAPATA, TEXAS---Albert R. Morehead 97, passed away on Monday, May 31, 2021 in Zapata, Texas.

Mr. Morehead is preceded in death by his wife, Aurora I. Morehead.

Mr. Morehead is survived by his son, Royce M. Morehead; grandchildren, Royce M. Morehead, Roberto Morehead and Ashley Morehead and by numerous other family members and friends.

Visitation hours will be held on Friday, June 11, 2021, at 8:30 a.m. with a chapel service at 10:00 a.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

Committal services will follow at Zapata County Cemetery including full Military Honors by the Zapata County Color Guard.
